He refuses to admit when he's wrong, and will never be first to back down.
He's got a wild streak that can be fun, but has a real dangerous edge to it.
He's really not a good fit with the X-Men, and would probably feel more at home
with the Brotherhood.
In fact, it has been revealed that at some point Berzerker had some association

On a couple of run-ins with the Morlocks, Ray seemed to know them quite well.
Ray's mutant power is the ability to fire off electrical bolts.

consequences of her actions, nor the little wake of destruction she tends to
leave behind.
Tabitha started out joining the Institute, with the other New Mutants.
She even shared a brief romantic interest in Nightcrawler, but she was unable
to fit in and follow the rules necessary to become one of the X-Men.

destruction hiding behind his sunglasses. Scott loves sports, especially

when he was a child, and grew up in an orphanage. Life is hard enough for a

another dimension he names "Middleverse".
He stayed trapped there for almost thirty years until
Nightcrawler stumbled
onto his lab and was trapped in Middleverse himself.
The other X-men were able to free both boys, and Forge is stuck living in the

Even though Forge refused the offer to join the X-Men, he still helps them out
from time to time and also continues with his science experiments.

the X-Men at the Institute, but he has chosen to stay with the Masters family.
The Summers brothers have very similar mutations.
But where Scott's blasts are focused from his eyes, Alex is able to fire them
off from his hands.
Alex is also an expert surfer and is considering entering the pros.
Iceman
Name: Bobby Drake
Age: 16

Bobby is a sweet kid, full of youthful exuberance, and eager to learn about the
cool stuff the Institute has to offer - especially flying the X-Jet.
As a result of this eagerness, he's become sort of the unofficial leader of the
new recruits. Sometimes his enthusiasm to try new things exceeds his ability to
actually pull them off.
Bobby's mutant power allows him to project intense cold and turn moisture in
the air to ice. He can form a thin layer of ice over his entire body, create
"ice slides" to glide around on, and fire off all types of ice forms as
projectiles.
Jean
Grey
Name: Jean Grey
Age: 19
Powers: Telekinesis/Telepathy
First Episode: Strategy X
Originally from: Connecticut
Known Family: Parents and Sister
High School Grade: Senior
A high-school senior, Jean is a vibrant redhead -- very beautiful and very
popular.
She's the only one from the Xavier Institute who is not regarded as a little
weird at Bayville High.
Since she's always buddy-ing around Scott, people perceive them as a couple.
This will lead to Scott getting razzed and hassled by jealous football players,
and other such high school situations.
Jean grew up in Connecticut, in an utterly normal upper-middle-class family.
She has a non-mutant sister, and her parents are still alive and happily
married.
Jean is a telekinetic, enabling her to move objects merely by thinking about
it.
At first, weight will be a real issue with her -- and she starts out only able

She also has latent telepathic abilities.
Professor X, the world's greatest telepath, will train her to use and refine
these powers.

Known Family: None
Jubilation Lee, is a spunky, over-confident character.
Her powers are more fun than potent.
She is anxious to be a full-fledged X-Man, and will often get herself into
trouble trying to prove her worth.
She is one of the youngest New Mutants and tends to act her age.
Jubilee's powers allow her to fire off firework like discharges from her hands.
After the events of Day of Reckoning, Jubilee's parents no longer felt that she
was safe at the Xavier Institute and have forced her to come home.
Juggernaut
Name: Cain Marko
Age: 43?
Powers: Magically induced power of invulnerability.
First Episode: Survival of the Fittest
Originally from: ?
Known Family: Charles Xavier (half-brother)
Juggernaut is Cain Marko, Xavier's half-brother and most feared enemy.
He used mysticism to awaken his dormant X-gene and is now virtually
invulnerable.
Xavier was responsible for Juggernaut's incarceration and now Cain hates his
brother and would stop at nothing to finish him off once and for all.
Although Mystique has tried to form an alliance with him before, Juggernaut
will not be loyal to anyone and will only follow his own agenda.
Juggernaut is not vulnerable to any physical forms of attack.
He is however extremely weak against psychic attacks, therefore he wears a
helmet specially designed to block psychic attacks of any kind.
Magma
Name: Amara Aquilla
Age: 16
Powers: Can project waves of heat
First Episode: Growing Pains
Originally from: Nova Roma
Known Family: None
Amara's entire adolescent life was spent on an island (Nova Roma) that was
completely hidden from the rest of the world.
As time and technology moved forward, her homeland did not.
She is still learning to understand present-day technology (i.e. electricity,
cars, computers, etc...).
She was the only daughter to the King of Nova Roma, and at times acts like a
little princess.
Amara will often cover her lack of understanding with a "better than thou"
attitude, but she is truly a very good person.
Amara is able to generate huge amounts of heat.
When powered up she takes on a fire like appearance.
She is also able to control lava and volcanoes.
Magneto
Name: Eric Lehnsherr
Age: ?
Powers: Master of Magnetism
First Episode: Strategy X
Originally from: Poland
Known Family: Wanda (Daughter) and Pietro (Son)
Humanity's days are numbered! So says Magneto, the Brotherhood's master
manipulator.
Like Professor X, Magneto is a visionary.
But the realization of this evil mutant's vision would result in nothing less
than the utter ruination of mankind!
Whereas Xavier looks forward to a day when man and mutant will live together in
peace, Magneto sees Homo superior as the next step in human evolution.
Magneto is the personification of the professor's fears: His stance will force
humanity to hate and fear him -- and by extension, all mutants!
Mastermind
Name: Jason Wyngarde
Age: ?
Powers: Ability to read and "rewrite" others memories
First Episode: "The Toad, the Witch and the Wardrobe"
Originally from: ?
Known Family: None
One of the newest members of Magneto's crew.
Mastermind was recruited by Magneto to help him with his daughter
Wanda (aka
the Scarlet Witch).
Realizing that Wanda's hatred of him would never stop on it's own and that her
intense desire for revenge would keep her as a constant threat to his plans,
Magneto used Mastermind to "rewrite" her memories.
Wanda no longer remembers her past as it really occurred and believes that the
false memories Mastermind planted into her mind of a happy childhood with her
father are real.
Mastermind has since helped Magneto against Apocalypse's lackey
Mesmero.
But it seems Mesmero's powers are greater than Mastermind.
Mesmero was able to trick both Magneto and Mastermind and
Magneto ended up
releasing the second of three doors that contain Apocalypse.
Mesmero
Name: ?
Age: ?
Powers: Ability to read and possibly control others minds
First Episode: Mindbender
Originally from: ?
Known Family: None
One of the newest additions to the cast. Almost nothing is known about Mesmero,
his past, or his powers.
Mesmero seems to have the ability to read and control other's minds, but it's
still unclear whether the powers are actually his, or if he himself is being
controlled by another.
Regardless, with these abilities Mesmero used most of the X-Kids to steal three
rings.
The three rings connected together to form a key that would open the first of
three doors sealing away the oldest and most powerful mutant of all time...
Apocalypse!
After using Gambit to steal a half of an antique spider, Mesmero had a run in
with Magneto.
Magneto and Mastermind attempted to probe his memories and find out who he was.
When Magneto found out about the spider and the doors, he did everything in his
power to stop Mesmero.
But it seems Mesmero's powers are greater than Mastermind.
Mesmero was able to trick Mastermind and when
Magneto destroyed the spider, he
ended up releasing the second of three doors that contains Apocalypse.
As for the third door I won't give the ending for those who haven't seen the
new episodes.
Multiple
Name: Jamie Madrox
Age: 13
Powers: Can create temporary duplicates of himself
First Episode: Growing Pains
Originally from: ?
Known Family: None
Jamie is the kid who is always last to get picked for the team, even though he
could literally be his own team.
His powers make him very nervous and (at this point in his life) they are more
trouble than they're worth.
He's the youngest New Mutant and suffers from feeling too little to be
important. Jamie tries to fit in with his peers by trying to be funny, but
usually bombs.
Multiple's powers allow him to create duplicates of himself.
He's also able to "recall" those duplicates at will.
He does have trouble controlling his abilities and a simple bump can
result in several Jamies running around at once.
I personally like Jamie, he's funny , but everybody is always picking on him and
I kind of feel bad for him.
Mystique
Name:
Raven Darkholme
Age: ?
Power: Shape-Shifting
First Episode: Strategy X
Originally from: Germany
Known Family: Nightcrawler (son) and
Rogue (adopted daughter)
Mystique is an adult.
She is a shape-shifter who can infiltrate even the most heavily guarded areas.
Ever the master manipulator, Mystique has gotten her way by disguising herself
as the principal of Bayville High, Rogue's friend
Risty, and several others
along the way.
Mystique seldom works alone. Rather, she surrounds herself with the most
powerful thugs she can muster, usually conning them in the process.
She always has a hidden agenda.
Nick
Fury
Name: Nick Fury
Age: ?
Powers: Human
First Episode: Operation Rebirth
Originally from: ?
Known Family: None
Nick Fury, is an agent of SHIELD, a government agency along the lines of the
CIA.
It seems Wolverine served under Fury as Weapon X, and the two maintain a
somewhat civil relationship.
When Wolverine and some of the other X-Men were taken by Trask, Fury stepped in
to supply the rest with the information they needed in order to rescue them.
Very little is known about Nick Fury, but we're sure to see more of him in the
future.
Nightcrawler
Name:
Kurt Wagner
Age: 17
Powers: Teleportation/Acrobatic Prowess/Prehensile Tail
First Episode: Strategy X
Originally from: Germany
Known Family: Mystique (Mother), Rogue (Adopted Sister), Foster Parents seen in
Shadowed Past
High School Grade: Junior
Kurt Wagner is a high-school junior, Kurt excels at soccer and gymnastics -- no
shock there. As Kurt is the team's acrobat, he is the one with the greatest love
of living-- approaching situations (even dangerous ones) with zeal and zest
(although he is neither flippant nor arrogant about it).
Although Kurt has a demonic appearance, he is actually the sweetest, most
vulnerable, most human of the group.
When those around him are feeling down, Kurt is the quickest to pick up on it.
And because of his appearance, he feels the most isolated from people in
general. How would he be judged if they saw the way he really looked? Far from
being glum, Kurt buries his potential blue streak by displaying a wicked sense
of humor. He always plays practical jokes, especially on "big brother"
Scott. By
virtue of a holographic inducer, Kurt can attend the regular school. But he
lives in fear of his inducer going on the fritz, and the other kids finding out
about his true appearance and labeling him a total freak. Because his
holographic inducer is purely visual, Kurt always must be careful about coming
into contact with people. If they were to touch his face, they would feel his
fur. If he were to hold hands with somebody, they would feel that he has only
three fingers. And of course, this technology does have a tendency to go on the
fritz. Fortunately, Kurt can teleport -- thus protecting his secret while
leaving the people he left behind very confused. Kurt's powers include
spider-monkey-like coordination, a prehensile tail he can use like a third hand,
and the ability to teleport.
Kurt is my favorite, he is funny and cute!

Take out his flame source and he's powerless!
Quicksilver
Name:
Pietro Maximoff

Powers: Super-Speed
First Episode: Speed and Spyke
Originally from: New York
Known Family: Magneto (father) Wanda (sister)
High School Grade: Junior
An exchange student at Bayville High, Pietro is a fast-talking punk with a bad
attitude.
As Quicksilver, he wears a sleek, streamlined suit that mirrors his lightning
speed.
Although in his teens, Pietro has great control of his powers.
Currently Quicksilver is acting as leader of the Brotherhood, under his
father's order and against the will of the other Brotherhood members.
Pietro is extremely loyal to his father, to the point of betraying his team
mates and even his own sister.
Risty
Name:
Risty Wilde
Age: 17
Powers: Shapeshifting
First Episode: Growing Pains
Originally from: Lancaster, England
Known Family: None
Risty Wilde appeared during the first episode of the second season.
She fast became friends with Rogue and the two became almost inseparable.
It wasn't long though before we actually found out that Risty was really the
missing Mystique in disguise.
In order to keep tabs on everyone and to get inside information about the
X-men, Mystique continued to use her Risty persona well into the third season.
Unfortunately for Mystique, during a concert
Rogue's powers went haywire and
the two bumped into one another.
Rogue immediately absorbed her powers and memories and knew the truth about
Risty.
Later Mystique tried to convince Rogue that she only did it to be close to her
and she told Rogue that she was really her adopted mother.
Rogue is still unsure what to believe, but is devastated by the loss of her
friend and the betrayal of her "mother".
Rogue
Name:
Unknown
Age: 18
Powers: Power & Memory Absorption
First Episode: Rogue Recruit
Originally from: Mississippi
Known Family: Mystique (Adopted Mother),
Nightcrawler (Adopted Brother), and
Irene (Foster Mother)
High School Grade: Junior
Rogue is an uncertain and insecure 17-year-old, not the same rogue as in the
comics.
She is totally isolated from other people.
Her mutant ability prevents her from so much as touching another person, lest
she rob them of their memories and renders them unconscious.
And if the person she touches is a mutant, Rogue also will steal his or her
powers temporarily.
Rogue's isolation leads her to be petulant, sarcastic and alarmingly defensive.
Thanks to her isolation, Rogue has trouble trusting people.
The farthest thing from a star student, Rogue is more at home hanging with the
bad kids.
Since joining the X-Men Rogue has become closest with her roommate
Kitty and
maintains a crush on Scott.
Although recently she showed interest in Magneto's henchman,
Gambit.

(Quicksilver).
Freed from the institution by Mystique, she has joined the Brotherhood, but
only as a temporary stay as she searches for her father to exact her revenge.
Wanda's powers allow her to "Hex" anyone in her path. The "Hex" causes
everything to turn against the victim and in Wanda's favor.
As one of the most powerful mutants on Evolution, Wanda is feared by the X-Men,
Brotherhood and especially Magneto.
Knowing that Wanda would never stop until she gained her vengeance,
Magneto has
used the mutant known as Mastermind to rewrite Wanda's memories.
She no longer remembers being committed to the institution and has lost her
hatred for her father.
She has also decided to remain with the Brotherhood.
Shadowcat
Name:
Kitty Pryde
Age: 17
Powers: Corporal Intangibility
First Episode: The X-Impulse
Originally from: Illinois
Known Family: Parents, seen in X-Impulse
High School Grade: Sophomore
Kitty Pryde is a sophomore, the kid in the class.
She is young, naive and totally idealistic.
She's in it to fight the good fight and will need no convincing to rush off
into battle.
Kitty grew up in Northbrook, an affluent area outside Chicago -- utterly
normally suburban, with her utterly normal parents.
They were shocked to discover how different their "little kitten" is, and they
were in total denial.
When Professor X offered to help Kitty and displayed his other students, the
Pryde's were utterly horrified and turn down the professor.
But after seeing the X-Men in action, the Pryde family decided to let Kitty go.
Kitty joined the team.
Kitty's powers enable her to phase through walls.
She does this by canceling out the space between atoms, and therefore should
not turn transparent when phasing; she does not turn into a ghostly vision.
Spyke
Name:
Evan Daniels
Age: 16
Powers: Self-Replicating Exoskeleton
First Episode: Speed and Spyke
Originally from: New York
Known Family: Ororo/Storm (Aunt) and Parents seen in Speed and Spyke
High School Grade: Freshman
Evan Daniels, a high-school freshman, is Storm's nephew.
He loves his powers and just wants to bust loose.
But the others hold him in check, warning him what will happen if everybody at
Bayville High finds out about their abilities.
Evan may be Storm's nephew, but he doesn't want any special treatment.
He's a nice guy with a great sense of humor.
Evan loves to skateboard, and can perform any number of acrobatic tricks.
During battles, he's the one most likely to the crazy stunts -- because he
totally gets off on the thrill.
Also, he frequently makes use of his skateboarding skills during battles,
becoming a human torpedo.
Although Evan looks completely normal most of the time, his powers involve
rapid bone growth -- allowing him to sprout protrusions through his skin to form
protective coatings and spikes.
Stegosaurus-like spurs shoot out from his arms and back, which he can use
offensively. The bones grow all over his face and limbs, and look really
fearsome.
Unfortunately for Evan, a recent power surge has forced the "spikes" to become
permanent and he is no longer able to draw them back into his body.
Having a hard time dealing with this, he has chosen to go underground and join
the misfit group of mutants known as the Morlocks.
Storm
Name:
Ororo Monroe
Age: 28?
Powers: Weather Manipulation
First Episode: Strategy X
originally from: New York
Known Family: Spyke (nephew), Vi (sister)
Ororo Munroe (a.k.a. Storm) is an instructor at the Xavier Institute.
She serves as a mentor to the young mutants, guiding them in the use of their
powers.
Storm is an American who was orphaned in Cairo after her parents were killed
during an earthquake.
Abandoned by fate, she wandered around the Middle East, surviving as a
child-thief until her powers manifested themselves, until the day that
Professor
X discovered her serving as a goddess for an African tribe who believed her to
be an Elemental Spirit.
Professor X returned her to the States, where she learned to fully manifest her
powers and help train other mutants like herself.
Storm's powers tie her to all things natural; she has empathy/affinity for the
Earth and all things natural. Her room is filled with plants, which she waters
by using her powers to make it rain indoors.
Because allowing her powers to run free could cause untold damage, Storm must
keep her emotions in check.
She is therefore outwardly serene.
If she were to lose control of her emotions, all manner of weather-related
catastrophes could happen, because... ...Storm is a Weather Witch, with the
ability to summon up storm clouds, manifest hurricanes, create incredible winds
(which she uses to remain aloft, allowing her to fly), and even produce instant
blizzards.
She can do all of these things on a small scale.
One of the few things that can make Storm lose her cool is her claustrophobia.
The earthquake that left her an orphan also left her buried under rubble for
days -- at the tender age of four. She was left with numbing claustrophobia.

He loves the fact that, with his power, he's stronger than everyone else on the
team - at least during the sunlight hours, when he's able to draw solar energy
from the sun.
Its clear emphasis on his super-strength is a result of feeling inferior in
other areas of his life.
Roberto can absorb solar energy and power up. When he's powered up he turns
black with flames surrounding him, at that time he can fly as well as being
super strong and slightly invulnerable.

Rahne is a young Scottish girl who has the personality traits of a wolf.
Rahne is loyal, fearless (some times too fearless), and very territorial.
If Rahne feels like her friends, family and/or home are threatened in anyway
she'll be the first to pounce on the problem.
She is also very wary of new people joining her group (pack) of friends, and
she guards her relationships very closely.
Rahne is able to transform herself into a wolf and varying degrees of stages in
between.
As a wolf she possesses all of the traits and abilities that a normal wolf
would have.
After the events of Day of Reckoning, Rahne's parents no longer felt that she
was safe at the Xavier Institute and have forced her to come home.
Wolverine
Name:
Logan
Age:?
Powers: Heightened Senses/Healing Factor/Adamantium Skeleton and Claws
First Episode: Strategy X
Originally from: Canada?
Known Family: None
known only as Logan to his very few friends, Wolverine is a distant man with a
past shrouded in mystery.
His memories reduced to a flashing series of contradictory images, Logan comes
to the Xavier Institute at the behest of Professor X.
The object of fear, awe and speculation on the part of the students, he will
inspire the X-Men in good ways (providing battle tips after clandestinely
watching Danger Room sessions) and bad (inspiring conflict between our core
group of X-Men simply by virtue of his loner status and rebellious ways).
Wolverine will not be part of the team.
Instead, he will be there as a presence, providing an ethos, the voice of
rebelliousness ever creating friction on our team (whether he means to or not).
Knowing the evil in people's hearts, Logan knows that mutants must be proactive
in terms of dealing with threats, otherwise normal folks will think of "people
like us" as needing to be rounded up.
In the World According to Logan, the key isn't blending in, as
Xavier
advocates.
It's stopping the people who refuse to blend in from becoming a problem to
normal people and, by extension, other mutants.
Wolverine's mutant powers are his hyper-keen senses, enabling him to see
farther, and in almost total darkness.
He has the tracking ability of a bloodhound, and a nose just as sensitive.
He can literally sense danger.
He also possesses a healing factor, enabling him to survive any wound. He isn't
invulnerable -- he wouldn't walk away from a downed 747 -- but no matter how
badly he was hurt by the crash, within a week he'd be right as rain.
Oh, and by the way, he also has these huge Adamantium claws that pop out from
the back of his hands. Who put them there? Well, that's all part of Logan's
missing memories, and what little he does remember about them tends to
contradict everything else. Wolverine is a scrapper; he's ornery when cornered,
and loves nothing more than a good fight.
But he realizes that these kids have to learn to use their powers and save the
world, so he doesn't interfere with their education.
Below you'll find Logan's SHIELD profile as seen in X23.

Xavier
Name:
Professor Charles Xavier
Age: ?
Powers: Telepathy
First Episode: Strategy X
Originally from: ?
Known Family: Juggernaut (brother)
one of the greatest minds on the planet, Professor Charles Xavier is also, one
of the world's most powerful mutants.
A farsighted man, Professor X is gathering every mutant he can find (and
persuade) to attend his Xavier Institute, which he has founded as a place where
mutants can refine their powers in order to fully control them.
Professor X believes that mutants are essentially no different from other
people, and that once they learn to control their strange powers they will be
able to fit comfortably into society. This philosophy runs counter to that of
his former colleague Magneto, who believes that Homo Superior (mutants) are the
next step in evolution.
Professor X fears, that Magneto's extremism will lead to a mutant backlash. And
is thus, forced to thwart his activities. As well as other mutant fanatics
activities.
Should Magneto succeed in inspiring fear in humanity, then mutants will wind up
being hunted, or worse...
Professor X uses his supercomputer Cerebro to scan the globe for mutants, whom
he then recruits for his school.
Some of the mutants will be eager to join him.
Others will reject his offer, choosing to go their own way (for good or ill).
Outwardly, the Professor is kindhearted and warm, someone you can turn to when
you feel bad. However, he can be secretive and even manipulative -- usually
toward the end of protecting his students and mutantkind.
He also has a hard bottom line.
When disobeyed, he can be hard as stone, and can turn from kindly uncle to
stern taskmaster in an instant.

Looking to duplicate the success of Weapon X (Wolverine), a group called
'Hydra' conducts experiments to create an ultimate weapon, a perfect soldier.
They failed 22 times, but the 23rd attempt was a success.
Why? Logan's healing factor.
To duplicate his mutant ability they used Logan's DNA, creating a clone.
But during the process, they had to make some changes, creating a 'hormonal
instability'.
Their training of 'X-23' resulted in emotional instability, and hatred.
They had created the ultimate warrior, but - they can't control her.
Blaming Wolverine for her traumatic childhood, X23 goes psycho and arrives at
the mansion to find her revenge.
