Ian McKellen as Magneto in Xmen When Eric Lehnsherr was young his family was killed by the Nazis, that is when his power was first discovered, now Eric goes be the name Magneto, thinking that humans and mutants could never live in peace together, he has invented a machine to convert humans into mutants. But he does not know that the human system cannot hold on to the artificial mutation. What is his power you ask, he has complete control over metal objects and magnetic fields. Played by Ian McKellen

Marie's mutant power first developed when she had her first kiss, the boy she kissed was in a coma for two weeks, scared of what people would think of her new "power" she ran away from home to Canada. Her power is that she can absorb the memories, abilities and life force of anyone she touches, but when she touches a mutant she borrows their power for awhile. Her mutant name is Rogue. Played by Anna Paquin

Wolverine, a man with no memory of who or what he is, he goes by the name of Logan. Wolverine's powers are that he can heal himself, he has retractable adamantium-laced claws and his skeleton is laced with adamantium, a medal that nothing can cut through (except adamantium of course!). Played by Hugh Jackman

Cyclops is one of the first three X-Men. Scott Summers has a amazing power, his eyes can release a powerful energy beam capable of ripping holes in mountains or train stations. But every gift has it's consequences, he is forced to wear a special visor made of ruby-quartz to stop the blasts. He also wears ruby-red-quartz sunglasses when not in a battle. Famke Janssen as Dr. Jean Grey in X2: X-Men United Jean Grey has strong telepathic and telekinetic powers, she can read minds like the Professor though not nearly as strong. And she can lift objects as small as a pin or as large as a elephant with her mind. Played by Famke Janssen

Ororo Munroe has the power to control the weather at will, including the ability to control the air so she can fly. Her mutant name is Storm. Played by Halle Berry

Toad is a nearsighted, far jumping, wall-scaling manic whose tongue can stretch to 15 feet, Toad also has slime spit that wreaks havoc on his enemies. Played by Ray Park

Mystique is a shape-shifter who can transform into anyone or thing she sees, but in her natural form she is blue and scaly. Played by Rebecca Romijn Stamos

Sabretooth has sharp senses and cat-like claws, a perfect match for Wolverine. Played by Tyler Mane
